The duty court in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has decreed this Wednesday a restraining order against the Canarian singer Tutto Durán, 41, with respect to a 15-year-old teenager with whom he allegedly maintained contact "to have sexual relations."

According to the communication office of the Superior Court of Justice of the Canary Islands (TSJC), the artist has been brought to judicial disposition after his arrest this Tuesday by agents of the Family and Women's Care Unit (UFAM) of the National Police, decreeing, in addition, that he must appear in court twice a month.

The Investigating Court number 4 of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has released Tutto Durán provisionally and, subsequently, has inhibited itself in the knowledge of the case in favor of the Court specialized in Violence against Children and Adolescents of the city (Instruction 3).

The TSJC has also detailed that the singer from Gran Canaria is being investigated for "maintaining contact with a minor to have sexual relations with her."

According to the National Police, Tutto Durán, who gained notoriety years ago after his appearance in one of the editions of the television program 'Gran Hermando VIP', allegedly contacted a 15-year-old minor through social networks and maintained sexual conversations with her, in a form of sexual harassment known as 'grooming'.
