The Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and La Graciosa will offer three free, in-person courses before the end of 2025, with the aim of improving the employability of the island's population and responding to the needs of the local business community. These longer training courses complement other conferences and workshops that the entity will continue to develop in the coming months.

On October 27, the Basic Administration course will begin, aimed at young people between 17 and 29 years of age, who are unemployed and registered in the Youth Guarantee system.

This training aims to facilitate the incorporation of participants into the administrative areas of local companies.

The course is part of the Young Talent Program (formerly PICE) and is co-financed by the Cabildo de Lanzarote, reaffirming its commitment to the training and professional future of the island's youth.

The Communication Techniques with Dependent Persons course will begin in November, designed to train informal caregivers and professionals in the social and healthcare sector who wish to expand their knowledge in this very specific area.

This training is part of the Spain Entrepreneur Program, promoted by the Chamber of Commerce of Spain and co-financed by the Cabildo de Lanzarote, without age or employment status restrictions to participate.

Also in November, the Artisanal Entrepreneurship through Recycling course will begin, aimed at entrepreneurs or professionals who are developing projects in the field of crafts and sustainability.

The goal is to offer tools to promote initiatives that integrate recycling as an added value in their products or services.

This course is also part of the Spain Entrepreneur Programme, promoted by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and co-financed by the Cabildo de Lanzarote, with no age limits or requirements regarding employment status.

The Talento Joven and España Emprende programs are promoted by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce together with the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy, through the National Youth Guarantee System, and are financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+).
