The port of Caleta del Sebo in La Graciosa recorded 235,936 passengers in the first half of the year, which is equivalent to a decrease of 6.6% (16,822 fewer travelers) compared to the first half of 2025.
Regular maritime transport connections with the eighth island lost 13,693 users (-5.77%), while commercial non-regular and secondary excursion passengers decreased by 20.11%, falling to 12,434 passengers.
The port of Órzola, an essential link on the northern shore of Lanzarote to ensure connectivity and supply with La Graciosa, closed the first half of the year with 229,116 passengers, representing a drop of 5.92% (-14,409 users) compared to the same period in 2025.
The port of Playa Blanca, the main port infrastructure of regional competence on the island, registered 559,407 passengers between January and June 2026, representing a slight recession of 0.39% (-2,199 users) compared to the same period of the previous year.
However, the performance by routes shows a clear restructuring: while regular route passengers decreased by 23,394 people (-4.31%), the non-regular and tourist excursion passenger category experienced an increase of 107.63%, going from 19,088 to 39,632 users in the first half of 2026.
For its part, the port of La Tiñosa, the smallest regional facility in terms of passenger volume on the island, registered the largest percentage drop in the network, recording 6,209 passengers compared to the 12,211 recorded in the first half of 2025, which represents a decrease of 49.15% (-6,002 users).
Lacking regular maritime routes, all of its activity was concentrated in the excursion and maritime charter category, with the start of the year focused almost exclusively on January and February before reducing to testimonial minimums in the subsequent months of the semester.
