Holiday homes on the island of Lanzarote charged 163 euros per night last November, which represents a 15.5% decrease from the 193 euros that each night cost on average in the same month of 2024.
And that's despite there being 650 fewer holiday homes available than in the same month the previous year, according to figures provided by the Lanzarote Data Center.Of the total vacation homes available on the island last November (7,154), 6,883 were booked, which represents **96.2% of the total.**In November 2024, there were a total of 7,931 vacation rentals available, of which 96.6% were booked.The ones that have had to reduce their prices the most are those with **eight or more places**. If in November 2024 they charged 515 euros per night, last November it dropped to an average of 398 euros, which represents a **decrease of 22.7%**
Vacation rentals with 5 to 8 spaces, for their part, lowered their prices per night by an average of almost 17%. If in November 2024 they charged 271 euros, in the same month of 2025 the average remained at 225 euros.
Vacation homes with 1 to 4 beds also had to reduce prices, although to a lesser extent. The reduction was 8.66%, from 127 euros in November 2024 to 116 euros last month.
