Iberia Express has extended to all its airports in the Canary Islands the flexible fare with which its customers have the possibility of bringing forward their flight on the same day, both from Madrid and at the origin, which means greater flexibility and comfort in their travels.
Since April of this year it has been available at the airports of Tenerife North, Tenerife South and Gran Canaria, and has now been extended to Fuerteventura, La Palma and Lanzarote.
This option to advance the flight is available in several Iberia Express fares: in tourist class, in Canary Plus and Canary Flex; and in Business class, in Canary Business Plus and Canary Business Flex, all available on its website and which also include the possibility of obtaining the boarding pass from the moment of purchase, hand luggage in the cabin and checked baggage, XL seat and priority boarding.
"At Iberia Express we strive to improve the flight experience of our customers. On routes with Gran Canaria and Tenerife North we offer up to 10 and nine daily frequencies respectively, and this product will provide, above all, our resident and corporate clients with the flexibility necessary to get the most out of our entire flight offer,” says Isabel Rodríguez, commercial director of the airline.
The advantages of the Canary Plus and Canary Flex fares
Specifically, the Canary Plus and Canary Flex fares in tourist class and Canary Business Plus and Canary Business Flex allow passengers to advance the time of their flight free of charge within the same day of their original flight.
These changes can be made at the departure airport, both at the check-in counters and at the boarding gate, in case baggage check-in is not required.
