The average price of second-hand housing in the Canary Islands rose by 0.6 percent in November in relation to the previous month, although it increased by 2.3 percent compared to the same month of 2020, standing at 1,783 euros per square meter in the penultimate month of the year, according to data from the Fotocasa Real Estate Index.
In November, the third year-on-year increase (2.3%) in housing prices since September 2021 was recorded in the archipelago.
By provinces, it was in Santa Cruz de Tenerife where there was an increase of 1.5 percent in November in relation to the previous month, with the cost per square meter being 1,847 euros; while in Las Palmas there was a decrease of 0.6 percent and the square meter was 1,707 euros.
