The average price per square meter in Lanzarote in October was 2,902 euros, which is 35 euros less than in September, according to the price index from idealista.com provided by the Lanzarote Data Center.
This modest price drop is the first to occur since last April when prices fell from 2,952 euros in March to 2,822 euros the following month.
By municipality, prices fell especially in Teguise, where the square meter went from costing 2,802 euros in September to 2,683 euros in October.
Thus Teguise becomes the second cheapest municipality to buy in, only surpassed by **Arrecife** where it stands at 2,057 euros, 57 euros more than it cost in September.
The price drop in Teguise also means it is surpassed in price by San Bartolomé, where the square meter marked 2,807 euros in October. Idealista had not published prices for San Bartolomé since June, due to insufficient properties for sale for a realistic calculation. At that time, the square meter in the municipality that houses the island's airport cost 2,363 euros.
In Tías there is a slight decrease, going from 3,835 in September to 3,779 in October, while in Yaiza the opposite occurs: a small increase from 3,819 in September to 3,823 euros in October.
This month Idealista has no data for either Haría or Tinajo due to insufficient houses for sale in both municipalities. Haría's last price was in September (€3,095), while Tinajo has not offered prices at all in 2025. In December 2024, the average price was €1,700.
