The complex for sale includes two houses, a wine press, a winery and a plot of more than 260,000 meters square.

Also known as Torrecilla de los Lajares consists of 445 square meters spread over two floors. According to the announcement, the ground floor has "two access doors, a central corridor with rooms located on the sides, all exterior. At the back is the kitchen and a full bathroom."

The second floor is accessed by "a beautiful staircase and in it there is a living room, two bedrooms and a terrace of about 30 meters with superb views and guarded by 2 turrets, one of them with a double-height room and the other of 15 meters, where enjoying the landscape is a spectacle."

The tower, already centenary, was built in the 20s of the last century by the López Fontes family who, according to the memorialist of Lanzarote, Jesús Perdomo Ramírez, acquired the land in an auction of the Haría City Council, which needed money "to pay the lawyers' and solicitors' fees."

In addition to the one also known as Torrecilla de los Lajares, the property includes another house of "one floor and 572 square meters with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room of 150 meters, which shares a large fireplace with the master bedroom."

The extensive estate that surrounds the buildings, was at times starred by numerous vineyards, from which 200,000 liters of wine per year were obtained, marketed under the brands 'Los Lajares' and 'La Torrecilla', according to Perdomo Ramírez.

The memorialist of Lanzarote explains that "the production of this farm was marketed in the market of the island although they also sent a large amount of peaches, plums, milk figs, picon figs, almonds and other dried fruits to Las Palmas and Fuerteventura.

In 1973 the property was acquired by the German businessman Peter von von Carnap Quernheimb.
