The square meter to buy a home in Lanzarote is currently close to 3,000 euros, specifically 2,974 euros, 12% more than it was in January 2025, when it cost an average of 2,655 euros on the island, according to data from Idealista.com provided by the Lanzarote Data CenterThe most significant increase has occurred in Haría, where an increase of 45.6% has been registered in the last twelve months. If the square meter in the north was 2,006 euros a year ago, it currently stands at 2,922 and almost reaches the island's average priceIn second place, the biggest price increase has occurred in San Bartolomé, where the square meter is now at 2,949 euros, even closer to the average price in Lanzarote, and 38.5% more expensive than in January 2025 when it was 2,129 euros
Already at a great distance, the third largest price increase has been registered in Teguise, where the square meter costs 2,962 euros, 14.2% more than a year ago, when it amounted to 2,593 euros.
The price increase in Arrecife (+13%) is slightly above that recorded on average on the island and reaches 2,178 euros compared to 1,927 euros a year ago.
The properties in Tías, which remain the most expensive on the island, have increased their prices by 4.2% since January of last year, going from 3,622 euros then, to 3,775 euros currently.
In Yaiza the smallest increase has been registered with respect to a year ago (+2%). If at the beginning of 2025 the square meter in the south marked 3,566 euros, one year later it is at 3,638 euros.
