The square meter in Lanzarote reached 3,208 euros last June, which represents 12.1% more than it cost in January when it marked 2,861 euros, according to figures from idealista.com provided by the Lanzarote Data Center.

The most expensive homes on the island are located in Tías, where the square meter was close to reaching 4,000 euros per square meter in June, specifically 3,957 euros, 4.8% more expensive than at the beginning of the year when the average price was 3,775 euros.

Next is Yaiza, despite the fact that the square meter has barely risen since the beginning of the year, reaching 3,680 euros in June, 57 euros less than the previous month.

Teguise is the third most expensive municipality to buy a home currently. The square meter reached 3,341 euros in June, 12.8% more than in January when it marked 2,962 euros.

In the municipality of Haría, the square meter reached 3,134 euros in June, 7.2% above the average price at the beginning of the year when it cost 2,922 euros.

The last available price for San Bartolomé is from March when the square meter marked 3,019 euros. Since then, there have not been enough properties to provide a reliable monthly calculation.

The same is happening in Tinajo, but in this case, a calculation has not been possible since the end of 2024 due to a lack of sufficient houses for sale.
