The Housing, Infrastructure and Equipment Institute of Defense (Invied) has published two properties of the Ministry of Defense in Lanzarote for public auction.
It is a plot of land at number 7 on La Carmen street and an apartment at Juan Negrín 131, both in Arrecife. For either of the two properties, the deadline for submitting offers and documentation is 1:00 p.m. on May 21, 2024.
The plot for sale has an area of 417 square meters and its first auction is set at 300,495.03 euros. It is a rectangular plot with dimensions, according to the registry description, of 28.8 meters of facade and 14.48 meters of depth.
The apartment that is being auctioned has dimensions, according to the registry description, of 7.15 meters of facade and 18.16 meters of depth. The first auction has been set at 75,025.83 euros. The property has a module on the second floor, built without a license, which is not legalized or reflected in the property registry.
According to a technical report from 2021, "the building shows significant damage that endangers its stability and integrity, requiring unavoidable intervention and estimating its repair cost at more than 50% of the value of the building."
