The price of housing falls in Teguise, Yaiza, and especially in Tías, from summer highs, according to data published by idealista.com.
In the municipality of Tías, the square meter currently stands at an average of 3,759 euros, a 7.1% decrease from the peak reached last summer when the square meter rose to 4,044 euros.
Thus, an 80-square-meter apartment in the municipality of Tías currently costs an average of 300,720 euros, while last July it would have cost 323,520 euros.
In Yaiza, the square meter has also fallen compared to the summer. Specifically, by 6.4% from 3,906 euros last May, its all-time high, to the current 3,655 euros.For an 80-meter apartment in the south, one currently needs to gather an average total of **292,400 compared to the 312,480** that would have been necessary seven months ago.In the municipality of Teguise, for its part, the maximum was reached, as in Tías last July. Then the square meter cost 2,956 euros compared to the current 2,883 euros.
