A new edition of the Consolidate Program, in which thirteen business projects from Lanzarote with less than three years participate, kicked off last Friday, August 29 with an introductory group workshop with the participants.

This Tutoring Program for Business Consolidation includes a team of specialized consultants who accompany entrepreneurs through intense personalized mentoring, with the aim of strengthening the most needed areas of each business and optimizing its resources.

At the end of the process, detailed strategic reports are prepared on the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of each company, along with an action plan designed for its consolidation.

The program continues to seek to promote projects with a certain trajectory that are at a key moment to take the leap in their growth.

Individual mentoring, "which is the most valued aspect of the program", allows entrepreneurs to make more informed decisions aligned with their specific needs. Experts in areas such as finance, taxation, corporate image, among others, offer their advice.

Participating in 'Consolidate' "allows emerging companies to strengthen their foundations and take a qualitative leap in their management, contributing to the sustainable growth of the business fabric of Lanzarote and La Graciosa", explain from the Chamber.

The program is carried out thanks to the support of the General Directorate of Promotion and Economic Diversification of the Ministry of Economy, Industry, Commerce and Self-Employed of the Government of the Canary Islands and the co-financing of the FEDER Canarias 21-27 Program.
