HiperDino added 113 people with disabilities in 2023 to its different teams throughout the archipelago.
The Director of Human Resources of the Canarian supermarket chain, José María Samaniego, explained: “At HiperDino we believe that diversity is a fundamental asset for our team. Hiring people with disabilities is not only a matter of social responsibility, but also an opportunity to promote inclusion, take advantage of unique talents and enrich our corporate culture.”
"We are determined to break down barriers and promote equal opportunities,” he added. To this end, the company relies on the DinoSol Foundation and works hand in hand in terms of labor insertion with different entities and associations of the Archipelago.
