In this second meeting, we will talk a little more about spagyria, and then address the basics of alchemical philosophy, in order to learn the fundamentals of both arts to enter the world of Alchemy, a hermetic discipline par excellence, and discover its extraordinary energetic properties in relation to Nature.
We will examine the nature of the 4 philosophical elements and their usefulness in trying to achieve one of the goals most coveted by all students of Alchemy: the liver of Prometheus.
We will discover its peculiar nature and how they are capable of forming the well-known “Golden Chain of Homer” (Aurea catena Homeri).
We will describe the Green Lion thanks to the famous image of Isaac Newton, and then go on to describe the Red Lion.
We will also talk about the famous Emerald Tablet on which Hermes Trismegistus wrote the entire Alchemical Work.
We will also focus, with images, on two of the most important objectives of Alchemy: the Alchemical Gems and the Three Alchemical Golds. Alchemical Gems: their correlation with planetary forces. We will analyze the Alchemical Gold and its possible link with the zodiac signs, also considering it as a possible spark of life.
