More than half of the population of Lanzarote will be able to receive their Hiperdino online purchase on the same day they placed the order, provided they complete the purchase before 12:00 noon, according to the company in a note to the media.
The supermarket chain explains that this new express delivery service will be available in three postal codes of Lanzarote: 35509, 35500 and 35550. That is, the metropolitan area from Playa Honda to Arrecife and the town of San Bartolomé.
Customers can choose between two time slots to receive their purchase. Either between 15:00 and 18:00, or from 18:00 to 20:00.
Among the options that the chain offers to its customers is also the possibility of collecting the purchase in stores, lockers or other delivery points. In Lanzarote, the collection store is HiperDino San Bartolomé.
To serve the residents of La Graciosa, the delivery services at the Órzola Pier continue unchanged on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
The service is also being launched in the metropolitan areas of Gran Canaria, Tenerife and Fuerteventura and has a cost of 7.25 euros for preparation and shipping.
Hiperdino considers the incorporation of this new service as part of its strategy of continuous improvement in the customer experience, which, according to the company, highlights its online shopping service.
