With the participation of Euprepio Padula, expert in political and business leadership. Presenter and journalist. The president of the Chamber, José Valle, and the doctor and researcher from the School of Tourism of the island of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Pedro Calero, will also attend this session. The conference will begin with two master lectures given by Euprepio Padula and Jose Almansa, an expert in innovative entrepreneurship. Then José Valle, President of the Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, and Daniela Saputi, Manager of Guidance, Advice and Innovation for Employment (COE) of the Canarian Employment Service, will join a round table discussion.
The speakers
Among the speakers will be Euprepio Padula Padula, a successful speaker. In his case, his round tables and public interventions stand out, both on Leadership in the 21st century and on key aspects in today's company. In addition, change management, business transformation, diversity and conscious capitalism are also notable areas of his professional experience and are among the most demanded by public institutions and private organizations.
Euprepio Padula is an expert in conflict mediation, both in private corporations and in the political field, and has trained managers, politicians and businessmen from very different sectors. In addition to helping a good number of institutions, both in change management and in conflict resolution and in the development of their organizations. In recent years, Euprepio Padula has established himself as a renowned communicator in different media, on the television, radio and print media agenda.
Secondly, José Almansa will participate, who started the HUB Madrid in 2006 and is also a precursor with four other HUBs in Europe of what would be Impact HUB worldwide. In 2008 he co-founded a pioneering company of games in applications that achieved millions of downloads, and that was acquired by Banco Santander. After that, already in 2015 he created two innovative softwares: one designed to legitimize the social curriculum of people and another to help companies make non-financial reports. In this line he is also co-founder of LOOM, a new vision on shared workspaces, acquired by Merlin Properties. A speaker since the age of 23, José Almansa is a professor at the Instituto de Empresa and has been in different countries in Africa involved in cooperation projects for more than fifteen years. Almansa has also written books on innovation.
For his part, José Valle is a businessman. He is currently the president of the Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, and the Business Circle of Lanzarote. He has a long career in employers' associations, of which he has been President of ATA, among others, and is part of the Council of Chambers of Spain, the Port Authority of the Province of Las Palmas.
Fourthly, Daniela Saputi, who is the manager of the Center for Guidance, Entrepreneurship, Advice and Innovation for Employment (COE) of the SCE. Saputi is also a psychologist specialized in Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Previously, she coordinated Ponos, an employment project for young people in Tenerife. Thus, she works with young people in the creation of their personal employment project and connects them with the ecosystem, promoting self-management and entrepreneurship.
To conclude, Pedro Calero has a doctorate in economics. He is currently the Director of the postgraduate course "University Expert in Intelligent and Innovative Business Management" and professor and researcher at the University School of Tourism of Lanzarote. He is part of the Council of the Biosphere Reserve, and has participated in countless publications related to tourism.
