The Cabildo of Lanzarote will reinforce the security and protection in the activities of the Island Sports Service with the hiring of specialized health personnel in first aid and lifeguarding. The tender has a budget of 50,000 euros and a duration of one year. In addition, it will be carried out through the simplified summary open procedure.
The Minister of Sports, Juan Monzón, assures that with this new project, which will have the appropriate and approved material, "thus guaranteeing the safety and well-being of citizens in the different sporting events that are organized, since this is one of our highest priorities."
The contract, which has a duration from February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026, includes lifeguard assistance, and sanitary transfer, such as ambulances, among other actions in health and sports.
