Iberia Express has been in April the most punctual low-cost airline in the world and the most punctual airline in Europe, according to data from the global aviation analysis consultancy, Cirium.
Last month, the airline exceeded 95% punctuality on its flights with Lanzarote. In the whole of the Canary Islands, it operated 1,439 flights, with a punctuality in departures of 92.98%.
Globally, the airline operated 3,689 flights with a punctuality of 89.89% on arrivals, which placed it as the most punctual low-cost airline in the world.
Its growing volume of flights has also allowed Iberia Express to enter the ranking of European airlines, in which it was also the first in April, revalidating the title achieved in 2023 as the most punctual airline in Europe.
