The HiperDino supermarket chain will celebrate from Wednesday, April 1 and until Sunday 5, outside its store in in Playa Honda (Airport km4) the 1st edition of Lanzarote Local Market.
This fair aims to become "a unifying and cohesive space for the producers and artisans of the Island, who during those days will exhibit in their stands more than a hundred local products, both gastronomy, fashion, and crafts".
The event will be held on the aforementioned days between 11:00 hours to 18:00 hours and the public will be able to find brands such as the jams and the mojos from Mamá Trina or Bernardo´s; the gourmet chocolates from La Corona; the natural honey from Haría or products made with salt from Janubio.
In crafts stand out among others the presence of the firm Estow Studio, of the artisan Felip Martin who works in natural wood both accessories and musical instruments incorporating natural materials from Lanzarote; of Lili´s Candles of the artisan Lidia Valcárcel who makes aromatic candles loaded with natural aromas and essences; the accessories of Volcano Macramé; the surprising decorative pieces of Turba de Papel and the creative work of Fátima Lemes and El Mundo de Faa.
Also, the delicacies of the land will be guaranteed and can be savored thanks to the participation of the food trucks “Noi Coffe” which will feature a variety of coffee, sweet, and savory selections; from El Callao Burguer and from Churros Pinocho Gourmet.
For the operations coordinator of HiperDino in Lanzarote, Antonio Vera “this initiative is part of our firm and planned commitment to continue increasing and consolidating our presence on the Island, reverting our commitment into the local economy with this initiative that promotes the consumption and support of the products of our land”.

About thirty suppliers from Lanzarote
The HiperDino supermarket chain currently works with about a thirty suppliers from Lanzarote. In 2025, it invoiced thanks to locally produced products on the island of Lanzarote, 17 million euros. Among these products, the mojos, jams, and wines stand out, which have even reached the group's stores in Mallorca.
A good part of the fish fresh that their counters offer, comes from the Brotherhood of La Graciosa freshly caught. As for the local suppliers of fruit and vegetables also supply daily the product of the land and although some also have other islands as origin, essentially those of proximity of the island.
Regarding job creation, HiperDino has in Lanzarote a staff of nearly 900 people, with the San Bartolomé store being the one that gathers the largest volume of personnel.
