Canaryfly closes a record-breaking 2024 after transporting more than 625,000 passengers during this year. The company reaches the best figure in its history and exceeds the results of the previous year by 22%

The airline's general manager, Régulo Andrade, explains that "these figures are the result of the effort of an entire team that works every day to offer a low-cost alternative to those passengers who are more sensitive to price."

In addition, he focuses on "the commercial and marketing strategy, which he considers well-defined and structured", promoting the sale of advance tickets from 5 euros per journey (taxes and emission charges not included).

The Director of Marketing and Communication, Cathaysa Santana, explains that during this year Canaryfly has operated more than 14,700 flights, a figure that confirms the growth of activity and demand, and that "we have managed to reach a segment of passengers who did not fly before and who today can afford to travel by air between the islands thanks to our low prices; we have managed to expand the market by reaching more passengers who previously traveled by boat", she adds.

During the month of December, more than 50,000 passengers have traveled with Canaryfly, exceeding 87% occupancy on key dates, such as the Christmas holidays. "During Christmas it is common for people to travel to reunite with their families and the proof is in the data. From our airline we want to continue being a link that connects the islands and that makes the desire to spend the holidays with loved ones a reality," says Cathaysa Santana.
