The Lanzarote Confederation of Entrepreneurs (CEL) will elect Beatriz Salazar as the new president of the CEL by consensus this Tuesday for a 4-year term, La Voz has learned. The current president, Francisco Martínez, will be elected vice president.
Salazar is the owner and director of Microsistemas, an integrated vocational training center with 40 years of experience in training thousands of students in Lanzarote and Tenerife.
The Canarian businesswoman was until now the General Secretary of the Lanzarote Business Confederation. Salazar also holds the position of member of the plenary session in the Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and La Graciosa.
In addition, Salazar currently presides over ACEPRO, the Canary Association of Vocational Training Centers, and AELAN, the Association of Businesswomen of Lanzarote.
