The Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and La Graciosa launches the Grants Information Point, an information and support program for companies and entrepreneurs financed by the Department of Economy, Industry, Commerce and Self-Employed of the Government of the Canary Islands.
The new information point advises and accompanies in the search for financing and subsidies to support the growth and economic development of companies. It is about helping businesses to access financial resources that allow them to grow, generate employment and mobilize the economy in Lanzarote and La Graciosa.
Search for the most suitable financing
The technical staff that attends this information point analyzes which subsidies and financial products are suitable for each specific case, as well as the eligibility criteria, which are those that determine access to certain aid.
In addition, as a novelty, the service focuses the company on the center of the most appropriate subsidies to maximize its financial opportunities, whether at local, regional, national and international level.
To do this, the sector of activity, its growth rate, sustainability criteria or digital implementation are analyzed. The service is offered free of charge and is available both in person, by appointment, as well as through telephone and online assistance at the Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and La Graciosa.
The program continues the work of the Chamber in terms of advice on subsidies, but adapted to the demand of companies that require this specialized support to access existing subsidies.
