Last Friday, May 22, Abrasamar celebrated its official inauguration in Puerto Calero, presenting to the public a new gastronomic proposal that arrives in Lanzarote with a concept defined by the union between fire, embers, and product.

Under the idea “where fire embraces the sea”, Abrasamar offers a cuisine where embers define the character of each dish and where the product becomes the true protagonist. A gastronomic proposal that looks to the sea, but also finds its balance in a careful selection of meats and dishes conceived around fire.

Its menu combines fresh fish, seafood, and selected meats, prepared with respect for the raw material and flavor. Furthermore, the restaurant incorporates fish aging as part of its culinary offering, opting for techniques that enhance the nuances, texture, and depth of each piece.

Located in Puerto Calero, Abrasamar opens its doors as a new gastronomic space in Lanzarote designed for enjoyment around the table, where product, technique, and environment coexist in an experience marked by fire and flavor.

With this opening, Abrasamar begins its journey on the island, joining Lanzarote's gastronomic offerings with a proposal of its own identity that unites sea, embers, and product-focused cuisine in a single concept.
