The spokesperson for the Government of the Canary Islands, Alfonso Cabello, confirmed in a press conference that Isabel Jara's body has been found and conveyed the executive's condolences to her family, friends, and colleagues.
Likewise, he extended his condolences to the entire Venezuelan community in the Canary Islands affected by the tragedy and to Canarians residing in the country, and sent a message of hope to the families who continue to search for their loved ones so that they can be located.
Cabello confirmed that there are more Canarian citizens among the Spaniards who are still missing and assured that the regional government maintains hope that the rest can be located.
