A total of 42,790 people have submitted an online application to begin their regularization process in Spain since this procedure began last Thursday and until midnight, according to the Government.

In a press conference from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the Minister of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, Ángel Víctor Torres, has also detailed that in that same period of time, 29,900 people had requested an in-person appointment for their attention in one of the offices enabled throughout the national territory for this procedure.

Torres, who has again criticized the PP's stance on this matter, has also pointed out that the 060 number has received some 47,000 queries and calls within the framework of the extraordinary regularization process that the council of ministers approved last Tuesday.
