The indefinite strike that the judicial clerks have been holding for two months will be called off this Tuesday, March 28, after reaching an agreement with Justice that will mean a monthly salary increase of more than 400 euros gross, according to sources of the negotiation confirm to El Periódico de España, of the Prensa Ibérica group. Two months of strike that has resulted in more than 350,000 trials and hearings suspended throughout Spain.

The proposal made at the end of last week by the Ministry of Justice has been submitted this Monday to a vote in all jurisdictions, obtaining a total result of 1,530 votes in favor (approximately 76 percent of the career), 418 against and 81 abstentions according to the official statement of the strike committee. It adds that this majority support supports them so that in the meeting scheduled to be held this Tuesday with the Ministry "the agreement can be signed to end the indefinite strike of Lawyers of the Administration of Justice, once some terms of the final agreement that remain to be specified are clarified".
