Neighbors of Altavista have contacted La Voz to report the continuous disturbances they suffer from a group of homeless people located on Garcilaso de La Vega street.
According to them, these people live in a caravan and a car parked on a lot where, furthermore, a large amount of trash and waste can be seen.
"Every night there are parties, drugs, and fights, which go unnoticed by the police, as they are called day in and day out," they assure.
Furthermore, they state that "last week they started throwing rocks in a flat area where neighbors' cars are parked."
"It is a horrible situation that people with children, people with disabilities, the elderly, and neighbors have to live with," they declare. Therefore, they ask the Arrecife City Council to take measures in the matter and solve this problem that affects the safety and rest of the residents of this area.
