A reader has contacted La Voz to report that the church of Órzola has been without the bell for some time, because the passage of time and the effect of atmospheric agents have broken the crossbar that held it.
“The authorities know it, they see it and nobody does anything”, criticizes the reader, who assures that both the Haría City Council and the ecclesiastical authorities are aware of the situation in the church of Órzola. “Waiting for a divine miracle”, he adds.
In addition, the reader takes the opportunity to urge the Haría City Council to carry out cleaning work in the northern town. “They could also clean the bins, because the cleaning service is nowhere to be seen”, he concludes.
