A citizen has contacted La Voz to thank for the treatment received by the healthcare professionals of the José Molina Orosa Hospital after undergoing a hip prosthesis operation.
"I wish to express my gratitude to Hospital José Molina Orosa for the excellent treatment received during the week I remained hospitalized after my hip prosthesis surgical intervention", he says.
"I only have words of gratitude and recognition for all the staff on the Traumatology ward: nurses, assistants, the people who cleaned the room every day, those who delivered the food punctually and always with a smile and with a willingness to help me if I needed it. From the first moment I felt accompanied, listened to, attended to with great professionalism and humanity, which I consider important, since being admitted to a hospital is an abrupt change in a person's daily routine," he says.
"I wish to make a special mention of the nurses with whom I had the most contact and from whom I also received impeccable professional care: Begoña from Teruel, Belén from Extremadura and Zaida from Lanzarote, but in general all the healthcare staff provided exceptional treatment", assures.
"Lastly, and not least important, I sincerely thank doctors Pablo Caballero and Luis Fernando Robledo, who performed the surgical intervention, their closeness, clarity in the explanations and their professionalism, transmitted confidence and tranquility to me at all times," he/she points out.
"Highlight that medicine cures, but human treatment works magic in that healing. Thanks from the heart and may you continue maintaining that essence that makes the difference and leaves an indelible mark," concludes.
