A resident of Puerto del Carmen has contacted La Voz to complain that "no authority does anything" about a caravan installed on Mesana street in the tourist town, where people "live".
"It seems that the law does not exist here", says this reader. "When we park our car badly, the Local Police fines you, but if you ask why he can put his caravan as he wants, the Police answers you: it is not our problem", he complains.
