The Lanzarote Clay Pigeon Shooting Society, champions in the 'Gran Premio Internacional Islas Canarias'

The athletes of the Lanzarote Clay Pigeon Shooting Society become team champions of the 'Gran Premio Internacional Islas Canarias de Tiro al Plato', specifically, in the Olympic Pit modality. A sporting event held in Las Majadillas (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) during the days 30 and 31 of March 2024.

A team formed by the Lanzarote athletes and members of the association Francisco Javier Pino López and Jose Antonio Bermúdez de León. In addition, it included the participation of the Tenerife athlete and also member, Polanski Rolo Salazar. In addition, in the individual competition and in what corresponds to the general classification, the Lanzarote shooter Jose Antonio Bermúdez de León and the Tenerife shooter Polanski Rolo Salazar, both competitors have occupied the third and fifth place of the general classification respectively.

In the second category classification, Francisco Javier Pino López was the champion of the 'Gran Premio Internacional Islas Canarias de Tiro al Plato' in the Olympic Pit modality. In the third category classification, the runner-up of this Grand Prize was for the Lanzarote athlete and member of the Lanzarote Clay Pigeon Shooting Society, Angel Roberto González Cabrera.

Olympic athletes from the Slovakian team also participated in the competition, including Susana Stefecekova (current Olympic record) and Jana Spotakova (medalist in the 2023 European Championship).
