The Real Club Náutico de Arrecife was represented in the Snipe class with the participation of Mariano Stinga González, and together with his teammate José Baamonde González (Grupo Bazán Ferrol), he was proclaimed runner-up in the A Coruña Snipe City Trophy.

The A Coruña Snipe City Trophy had the participation of 27 boats, and the good weather conditions allowed for the celebration of the six races scheduled over the three days of sailing. The wind blew from the south with an average intensity of about 8 knots.

Mariano Stinga and José Baamonde were among the top classified from the first day, presenting their credentials to fight for the final podium.
