Around twenty swimmers have participated in the inclusive category of the Papagayo Crossing, which was one of the most emotional moments. This category, which includes minors, was supported by the La Caixa Foundation through CaixaBank and the Department of Social Welfare of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, offering a positive experience so that all participants could enjoy the sport in equal conditions.
The organization also carried out additional actions, such as a cleanup of the coastline and a solidarity lunch in favor of the Lanzarote Association for Assistance in Multiple Sclerosis (AlanEM), held in the host accommodation complex, which also hosted the final meeting of fraternization and the awards ceremony presided over by the Councilor for Sports of Yaiza, Ángel Lago, together with the director of the event, Óliver Acuña, and the Minister of Social Welfare of the Cabildo, Marci Acuña.
