The relief has a name

A small gift to my friend Juan Ramón Hernández Noda

To speak of Juan; is to speak of dedication and true vocation for helping others, he has not only become a magnificent osteopath and therapist; but an essential human being for many like me, who have found relief, trust, and hope.

He stands out for his great knowledge in osteopathy, manual techniques specialized in VOESS (Objective Valuation of the Somatosensory System) always seeking the best way to help everyone with their needs.

His hands, his experience, and the way he treats people make those who come to him feel heard and understood.

If there is something that differentiates him from others, it is his passion for continuing to learn, he never stops, he continues to train himself by studying and updating his knowledge.

I cannot find enough words to thank him for what he has done for me and my family, his help has gone beyond the professional. His smile, patience, and human quality are incomparable.

When our back weighs more than our problems, when the cervicals seem to hold life's worries, when the muscles scream in silence after so much effort, when the legs feel exhausted from a journey traveled… going to his consultation becomes a great relief.

You have the ability to find those invisible knots that stress gives us. The body breathes again when we leave your consultation.

Behind a great professional there is also a family. Juan and Carmen represent that parental love, that unconditional support for their daughter Silvia, they are worthy of admiration. It is great luck to know them.

Thank you Juan, for so much, and for making our faith from pain grow day by day.

As Maya Angelou wrote: "People will forget what you said, they will forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel."

You deserve this recognition because you leave a mark on those who, like me, are lucky enough to have you in their lives.
