How do you spell bilana cake?

There's a sweet treat from La Gomera called torta de bilana. I'd like to know the correct spelling: bilana, vilana, or milana.

The word "milana" (a variant of the expression "bilana"), used in the Canary Islands to designate a "Rectangular tin tray where sweets are placed to put them in the oven," comes from the name Milan, from the combination "hoja de Milán" (Milan sheet), which designated the material from which it is usually made. Therefore, the original form is "milana," from which the variant "bilana" arises.

On the island of La Gomera, bilana or torta (de) bilana refers to a "type of cake baked in a milana, whose ingredients are stewed potatoes, eggs, sugar, butter, raisins, almonds, lemon zest, ground cinnamon, and salt."
