The Yaiza City Council, presided over by Óscar Noda, reports on recent actions under the municipal plan for improvements and implementation of inclusive playgrounds, among which stand out new investments totaling 300,000 euros to be executed in the Marcastell and Faro Pechiguera play areas, and maintenance work carried out in the two inclusive parks in Uga, the one at the school and the picnic area, in addition to the parks in San Marcial del Rubicón, in Playa Blanca, and the Plaza de Los Remedios in Yaiza.

The Councilor for Parks and Gardens of Yaiza, Rubén Arca, announces that "the next maintenance actions will be carried out in the parks of El Golfo, Las Coloradas, the one with the zip line, and the park in the center of Playa Blanca, known as the boat park".

The councilor points out that in "El Golfo it is difficult to undertake any intervention as it is affected by the Natural Park of the Volcanoes, but we are making all the necessary arrangements because the safety and comfort of children must prevail".

Regarding the imminent investments in Marcastell and Faro Pechiguera, the Administration explains that the first involves the total rehabilitation of the play area (197,000 euros), while the Faro park, already modernized, will be equipped with shaded areas and other improvements (110,000 euros).
