The Yaiza City Council stops the construction of Rosa's new rural hotel because it does not have a license

The Yaiza City Council has stopped the works that will turn Finca Las Salinas into the new Stratvs hotel because it lacks a license. The City Council has opened an urban planning infringement file, since the works did not have permits.

"The property subsequently requested a building permit for the general renovation of the property," they have confirmed from the Yaiza press office. The company that has acquired this farm to turn it into a hotel belongs to the businessman Juan Francisco Rosa.

According to these same sources, the file "is unresolved", because "the deadlines have not yet expired". The property has already submitted a project to execute the works and the City Council "is studying it". "When the deadlines are met, action will be taken accordingly," they have indicated from the City Council.

This farm is an old 18th century mansion with 25 rooms.
