In an urgent session they will debate whether to accept the agreement proposal on the kidnapping of the service so that it passes into the hands of the Water Consortium

ASAMBLEA DEL AGUA (1)

The Water Consortium has called an extraordinary and urgent session of its general assembly for this Monday. The call will debate the proposal for an agreement to continue with the procedure for termination of the contract for the integral water cycle,  in the hands of Canal Gestión Lanzarote since 2013. In addition, the extraordinary assembly will seek to approve the definitive resolution of the procedure.

At the same time, it will debate whether to accept the proposal for an agreement on the seizure of the service so that it passes into the hands of the Water Consortium.

The assembly will debate the effects, conditions, duties, and obligations that the Consortium will assume after taking the integral water cycle away from the subsidiary of Canal Isabel II of Madrid in Lanzarote.

The Water Consortium will also submit a request for administrative cooperation to the seven town councils on the island.
