The PSOE, "surprised" by the new change of opinion of the Canarian Coalition on the Cueva agreement

Villalba explains that "CC will take to the plenary session tomorrow, Thursday, the declaration of harmfulness of the agreement signed by Marciano Acuña and Pedro San Ginés"

The spokesperson for the Socialist Group in the Haría City Council, Alfredo Villalba, has expressed his "surprise at the new change of opinion of the Canarian Coalition regarding the Cueva de los Verdes agreement".

Villalba explained that the Canarian Coalition is now promoting, through an agreement that will be taken to the plenary session this Thursday, the declaration of harmfulness of the agreement signed by Marciano Acuña and Pedro San Ginés when they broke the pact precisely to defend the validity of that agreement that the PSOE always considered disastrous for Haría.

"Now they come to prove us right. San Ginés, with the complicit silence of Marciano Acuña, was scamming the people of Haría with a fraudulent agreement made to his measure", Villalba celebrated.

The socialist leader explained that "precisely because of that harmfulness, an addendum was approved that recognized the real amount that the Cabildo must pay to Haría and, in addition, it was agreed that the payments would be made through direct transfers."

The aforementioned addendum, Villalba clarifies, has been submitted to judicial homologation and, although it is true that in an initial assessment the court has rejected homologating it, Villalba has expressed his conviction that it will be validated after the appropriate appeal.

"The addendum does justice to Haría and corrects the excesses of the agreement agreed by San Ginés and Acuña" explained Villalba, who believes that the Canarian Coalition's proposal to annul it together with the agreement responds only to the interests of José Torres Stinga.

"Torres Stinga wants to continue living politically at the expense of a lawsuit that should never have occurred. After having put Haría and the Cabildo in a senseless war, San Ginés and Torres are reunited and celebrate the reconciliation with more legal troubles", Villalba concluded.
