The PP proposes the creation of a municipal car park on San Pedro Street in Tías

The party argues that this "would respond to the parking problems that exist in the area where the town hall, the sports center, the Local Police and the Alcalde Rafael Cedrés school converge"

The Popular Party of Tías has presented a motion to the municipal plenary in which it urges the government group "to plan and execute a public car park on the land that the City Council has on San Pedro Street in Tías."

The populars argue that this installation "would solve the problems that the residents of the central area currently have to park and, fundamentally, the citizens who travel to the town hall, the sports center, the local police and the CEIP Alcalde Rafael Cedrés itself." "Avoiding the headaches that users of these services go through was precisely the motivation for which the government of the Popular Party began the process for the purchase of the plot", explains the councilor and president of the PP of Tías, Kiko Aparicio.

"The effort made by the residents and the good financial management carried out by the Popular Party during two terms, allowed us to consider the purchase of this large bag of unused land in order to compensate for the parking deficit that exists throughout this area, one of the busiest due to the confluence of different dependencies", underlines Aparicio.

"Once the acquisition has been made effective, we believe that the government should not delay another minute in planning, tendering and executing this car park on San Pedro Street, which is so necessary and demanded for the residents of Tías", point out the populars
