The Popular Party of Haría has expressed its deep concern regarding the public complaint made by the CSIF union about the lack of management and foresight of the municipal government group, an inaction that seriously jeopardizes the incorporation of up to four new agents into the Local Police force of the municipality.
The president of the local committee of the PP in Haría, David Álvarez, has pointed out that this situation "once again exposes the administrative paralysis that the City Council suffers from". "That the municipality runs the risk of losing four Local Police positions is not an isolated incident, but the direct consequence of an exhausted municipal government, without planning and which lives with its back to the basic needs of our neighbors," stated Álvarez.
From the popular ranks, they express their full support for the demands of the union collective and have recalled that providing the Local Police with more human resources "is not a secondary issue, but an absolute priority to guarantee citizen security in all the towns and villages of the municipality of Haría".
"Our current agents make an extraordinary effort to cover services, but they cannot be asked to perform miracles if the City Council does not do its part. Having four more agents is not a whim, it is an urgency to provide quality attention, guarantee police presence in our streets and protect the officials themselves in the development of their work," remarked the popular leader.
Therefore, the Popular Party of Haría demands that the mayor, Alfredo Villalba, "react with speed", urgently attend to the necessary administrative requirements and guarantee that these four Local Police positions are effectively incorporated into the municipality without losing a single more day.
"Haría cannot afford to lose resources due to the apathy and lack of management of the mayor. We demand that the government group work rigorously, resolve this procedure immediately and guarantee the security that the residents of Haría deserve," concluded David Álvarez.
