The Councilor for Social Welfare and Inclusion of the Cabildo, Marci Acuña, has stressed the usefulness of these awareness days, stating that "this initiative reinforces the Institution's commitment to safeguarding human rights and promoting educational and cultural opportunities for people deprived of their liberty."
