The Employment Councilor, Jorge Peñas, this Tuesday welcomed the 20 unemployed people hired through the Training Plan in Alternation with Employment (PFAE) “Maintenance and installation services for computer systems”.
As already reported by the corporation, this program "offers a total of 15 students/workers, all under 30 years of age, the opportunity to obtain a professional certification while performing related tasks in a real work environment."
"They will carry out internships for eleven months in different departments, while receiving theoretical training"
Specifically, "the students/workers will carry out internships in different departments of the Cabildo, for a period of eleven and a half months, while receiving theoretical training." For this, "the Employment area of the island corporation has also hired a management and teaching team composed of five professionals," they confirm.

They reveal that "this training and employment program is financed by the Canarian Employment Service and by the Cabildo de Lanzarote's own funds with a total cost of 373,407.96 euros."
