The Cabildo of Lanzarote has recently awarded the rental services of rehearsal rooms with equipment to the Culture Area of the institution. The awarded company has been Antonio Pirisi. "This new contract is justified by the need to cover these services that promote the active participation of collaboration with artists who develop their activity in Lanzarote and the institutional commitment to democratize access to culture on the island," they say from the Cabildo.

The Culture Councilor of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, Alberto Aguiar, has highlighted the importance of this award to promote institutional collaboration with the creators of the island, deepening the institutional commitment in cultural matters on the island. According to Aguiar, "it is essential that all artists of Lanzarote have access to equipped professional spaces to develop their rehearsal activities in the best quality conditions. This award will allow this objective to be met and access to culture in Lanzarote to be democratized."

The contract, which has an estimated value of 43,200 euros, will last for two years. It is a service aimed at musical formations of Lanzarote that need an equipped professional space to develop their rehearsal, musical education and performance activities, in a place where environmental nuisances are minimized.

As they do not have their own means to carry out these activities, the Culture Area has taken the initiative to carry out this tender with a company specialized in this type of services, considering that it is the most appropriate option to cover the specified needs.
