The Arrecife City Council has published this Monday, October 26, on the Public Sector Contracting Platform the tender for the supply of urban furniture, aggregates, substrates, and plants, with a base budget of 247,300.57 euros.
The procedure, promoted by the Contracting area led by the deputy mayor, Echedey Eugenio, is divided into two lots: one for the supply of urban furniture, with a budget of 226,743.81 euros, and another for plants and substrates, endowed with 20,556.76 euros.
Eugenio emphasizes "the importance of the work carried out by the Contracting department to move forward with the administrative procedures that the City Council needs." A task that, although not always visible to citizens, is fundamental for the Administration to have the necessary supplies and resources to provide municipal services.
The tender is processed through an open procedure, so interested companies can bid for one or both lots. The deadline for submitting offers is November 23, at 1:00 PM (Canary Islands time), and submissions must be made electronically through the Public Sector Contracting Platform.
The contract establishes an execution period of 90 days. Among the award criteria, price represents 85% of the score and the reduction of the execution period, the remaining 15%.
