The San Bartolomé City Council has put out to tender the sale of several plots in the industrial area of Playa Honda. This is published in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP), dated April 11, which announces the sale of municipal plots number 3, 11 and 27 of the reparcelling project of Action Unit Number 9 of the industrial area of Playa Honda.
Urban plot number 3 is located in block 1 of this project and has an area of 1,739 square meters, being registered in the Arrecife Property Registry, nº 21,839 of registration. The use of this plot is commercial-services, as announced by the San Bartolomé City Council, which has set the minimum bidding price at 930,365 euros.
Urban plot number 11, also located in block 1, has an area of 829 square meters and is also registered in the Arrecife Property Registry, nº 21,845 of registration. The use is industrial, light industrial and storage, according to these same sources. The minimum bidding price is 244,555 euros.
Urban plot number 27, located in block 2, has an area of 1,367 square meters and its registration number is 21,861. The use is industrial, light industrial and storage and its minimum bidding price is 403,265 euros.
Award method
The San Bartolomé City Council has reported that the contract will be awarded through ordinary processing and an open procedure to the bidder who presents the most advantageous economic offer, or what is the same, "the highest price offer". All this information is already available in the municipal offices of the General Secretariat of the City Council, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and in the contractor's profile on the website www.sanbartolome.es.
The deadline for submission of offers will end on May 11 at 2:00 p.m., according to the BOP announcement.
