The San Bartolomé City Council continues to advance in its commitment to sustainability and efficiency in the provision of municipal services with the acquisition of a new nine-seater plug-in hybrid vehicle (PHEV).

This resource will facilitate the transfer and transportation of personnel and tools to carry out urban and rural maintenance work, as well as the cleaning and conditioning of public spaces in the municipality.

Every action counts, no matter how modest, to achieve a responsible municipality in the protection and care of the environment.”

In this sense, the municipal property vehicle fleet stands out for its sustainability and efficiency. “We currently have a fleet of six plug-in hybrid vehicles and thirteen fully electric vehicles, which means that the renewal of municipal cars tends towards greater autonomy and sustainable mobility within the municipality, highlights Councilor Raúl de León, Councilor for Public Services, Roads, Transportation, Traffic and Environment.
