The Montaña Blanca Sociocultural Center has taken a step towards a "more sustainable future" with the installation of photovoltaic panels. A project that has allowed to "improve municipal facilities" maintaining the commitment of the City Council with renewable energies.
The mayor of San Bartolomé, Isidro Pérez, has highlighted that the "success" of the project "has been possible thanks to the effort and dedication of the team and students of the 'PFAE' project of San Bartolomé, whose commitment has set the standard for a greener and more sustainable future".
Thanks to this project, co-financed by the 'SCE' and 'SEPE', and promoted by the Employment area, delegated to councilor Alma González, the Montaña Blanca Sociocultural Center will generate "clean energy" for the benefit of all the residents of San Bartolomé, contributing to achieving a municipality "more ecological and committed" to the environment.
"Solar energy is the path to a brighter future, for which the municipality is committed to training its residents as professionals in this sector," the councilor highlighted.
