Lanzametal has everything ready for its upcoming opening this Thursday, when the Agroindustrial Complex of Teguise opens its doors to the public at a fair that the "feared" crisis has not been able to stop. And it is that this year it is presented with practically all the stands contracted and an important support of parallel leisure activities for all audiences. Precisely during Tuesday morning, the Councilor for Industry, Commerce and Consumption of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, Lourdes Bernal, visited the fair facilities, in the Agroindustrial Complex of Teguise, in order to supervise the latest details. During the visit, the councilor was accompanied by the president of Femelan, Antonio González Medina, as well as the mayor of Teguise, José Dimas Martín.
"We were a little afraid of the crisis, but finally many of the big companies are already setting up their exhibitors and everything is practically prepared for the inauguration", declared Lourdes Bernal, who described the industrial sector as "one of the strongest and most stable of the moment" and highlighted the "publicity that a company achieves by exhibiting at Lanzametal, with a varied and attractive offer for any public".
Among the most outstanding activities are the donkey races, the exhibition of classic cars, tuning vehicles, horses... A whole repertoire of alternatives to enjoy the great business exhibition, where there will also be good cuisine from Lanzarote, with the presence of the best cheeses from Lanzarote, as well as stands specialized in home automation, IT, furniture, kitchen...
"Conferences will be organized for industrial electrical installers as well as others aimed at domestic and business recycling. There will also be leisure activities such as the donkey race, perhaps the most original point of this fair, the usual exhibition of tuning cars or a horse race, among other events to attract all audiences," explained the president of Femelan, Antonio González.
"The fair is aimed not only at companies interested in the sector but also at the general public. We represent a very broad sector that is of interest to large companies and small consumers", says González.
Lanzametal will open its doors to the public next Thursday the 27th at 7:30 p.m., with a visit from the authorities to the different pavilions of the fair. This exhibition of the metallurgical sector will extend until Sunday, November 30.
